JAMIE FUKUMOTO
Jamie M. Fukumoto is a counsel at Bays Lung Rose & Voss, a law firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her practice focuses on commercial transactions, real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining BLRV, Jamie was a lawyer at Nishimura & Asahi (2016-2020), a Japanese law firm located in Tokyo, Japan, where she advised public and private companies on strategic corporate transactions, intellectual property licensing and mergers and acquisitions. Jamie is fluent in Japanese.
